One set of terms and one privacy policy cover every App29 app. Where an app needs extra rules, they are under App terms.

Ohm terms

Last updated · Version 1

A player only

Ohm is a media player. It does not supply, host, sell or recommend any channels, playlists or content. You add your own sources and must have the right to watch them.

Licences

Ohm licences are per device on your account: a 7-day free trial, then a monthly, yearly or one-time licence. Current prices are shown in the app and at ohm.app29.com before you pay.

Refunds

Licences bought on ohm.app29.com can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Purchases made through Apple, Google, Amazon or Roku are refunded by that store under its own rules.

Data Ohm collects

Account email; device and licence details; playlists and logins you add (encrypted, never visible to staff); profiles, favourites and, if sync is on, watch history and resume points; crash reports. Recordings stay on your own device or USB drive.

Partners

Streaming providers buying licences in bulk accept the separate Ohm partner terms, including confirming they hold the rights to any content they supply.
