Start your app project with App29
We design and build iPhone, Android, TV and web apps, and the backends behind them, for businesses and founders anywhere. We are the same London team that builds and runs our own apps, so we know what it takes to keep one going after launch.
Tell us about your project in four short steps. It takes about five minutes, and we reply within 2 working days.

Building an app with App29: common questions
Straight answers about cost, time, ownership and how we work. See all our app development services.
It depends on scope: which devices it runs on, how many screens it has, whether it needs accounts, payments or its own backend, and what already exists. Two apps that both sound simple can differ a lot in effort, so we do not publish a price list. After a 30-minute call we send a written proposal with a fixed price, so you know the total before any work starts.
That also depends on scope. A focused first version on one platform is quicker than a product on phones, TVs and the web with its own backend. Your proposal includes a timeline with clear milestones, and if anything would change it, we tell you early.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the code, designs and everything we built for you. We hand over the repositories, store accounts and documentation. You can keep working with us, take it in-house or move to another team.
Yes. We build TV apps for Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS), Android TV, Google TV and Apple TV. Our own app, Ohm, runs on TVs as well as phones, tablets and computers.
Yes. Tick “Sign an NDA first” in the brief and we send a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive. You can keep the first description short until it is signed.
