Which app do you need help with?
Each app has its own help pages with set-up guides and fixes. Questions about accounts, billing and your data are answered below.
Common questions.
Answers that apply to every App29 app.
It depends on where you paid. If you subscribed through the App Store, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, cancel in that store’s subscription settings; we cannot cancel store subscriptions for you. If you paid on our website, sign in to your account on the app’s site and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Each app sets its own refund period. For Ohm, website purchases can be refunded within 14 days: write to us from the email on your account. Store purchases are refunded by the store, so request them from Apple, Google, Amazon or Roku. Your statutory rights are not affected.
App29 is the company behind Ohm. Card payments made on our websites appear on your statement as APP29* OHM. If you don’t recognise a charge, contact us and we will look it up.
Open the app, go to Account and choose Delete account. This removes your account and synced data within 30 days. Purchase records are kept for 6 years because tax law requires it. If you can’t sign in, use the form under Your data below.
No. We handle support by email only, so there is a written record and the right person can answer.
Nobody at App29. Ohm is a player: it plays playlists and sources you add yourself. We don’t supply, sell or recommend channels, and we can’t help with a provider’s service.
Ask for your data, or have it removed.
Most of this can be done inside each app under Account. If you can’t sign in, or want us to do it, send a request here. We may ask you to confirm it is your account.

If you think you have found a vulnerability in an App29 app or website, email [email protected] with the steps to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else, and don’t access other people’s data while testing. We reply to every report.
