Who we are
App29 is a trading name of Muvus Technologies Ltd ("App29", "we"). These terms apply to app29.com and to every app we publish, including Ohm. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
Your account
Some apps let you create an account with your email address. Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Licences and payments
Paid features are sold as licences or subscriptions. Prices, trial length and what each licence covers are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. If you buy through Apple, Google, Amazon or Roku, that store’s terms also apply and it handles billing and refunds.
Refunds
Each app sets its own refund period in its App terms; for Ohm, website purchases can be refunded within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, attack our systems, or resell access without a written agreement with us.
Content you add
Some apps play or show content you add yourself. You are responsible for having the right to use it. We do not supply, host or check that content.
Changes and availability
We improve our apps continually and may change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what you have paid for.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights under the law of the country where they live.
